Ingredients
- 10 slices of white bread
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb. cubed ham, sausage, or bacon (sausage and bacon must be precooked)
- 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Butter bread benerously. Cube. Place in buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle meat next, then cheese. Mix milk and eggs until fluffy. Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in pan.
Chill four to five hours, BEST if overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 40 minutes.
