  • 4 c. rhubarb, sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 T. water (or Sherry)
  • 1/3 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. lemon peel

Slice rhubarb with other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and turn int buttered 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake in 350 oben 40-45 minutes until tender.
