Crispy Roast Potatoes

  • 3 lb baking potatoes
  • 2 tbl butter, melted
  • 1 tbl oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried marjoran
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Prepare oven to 425 F. Coat large jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Cut unpeeled potatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch slices.

In large bowl, toss potaatoes with 1 tbl butter, oil, marjoram, garlic powder and salt. Arrange potatoes in single layer over jellyroll pan.

Bake, turning once, until golden brown, 40 - 45 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl, immediately toss with remaining 1 tbl butter.
