Crockpot Round Steak and Gravy

Ingredients

• 2-2 1/2 lb. round steak
• 2-3 potatoes. cut up
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes in the bottom of crockpot
Brown steak and then cut steak into serving pieces and place in pot
Add soup mix, water and soup
Cover and cook on low, 6-8 hours
