Ingredients
- Cookie Crust;
- 1 C butter 1tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C sugar 2 1/4C flour
- 1 egg
- Topping;
- 1 C sugar 4eggs
- 2 1/4 C chopped pecans 1 1/2tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
For crust, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and mix until blended. Spread dough in greased 9x13 pan and bake for 15 min at 350F. Cool slightly, but maintain oven temp. Mix together topping ingred. by hand. (do not beat egg whites). Spread topping over cookie crust and bake 15min. more. Cool then cut into bars.
