Banana Muffins - Krystal

Ingredients

• 3-4 over ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the oil and sugar then add the egg and beat well. Smash up bananas and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Don't over mix. Spray muffin tin or use cups. Bake at 375 (360 my oven) for 14-17 minutes.
