Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, pepper and oil in a medium bowl. Whisk together.
Wash chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in a ziplock bag and marinate at room temp. for 2 hours or in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Return chicken to room temperature before grilling. Grill chicken 5-6 minutes per side or until done.
