Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 16-oz box elbow macaroni
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • Dash of hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook macaroni for 9 minutes.

2. Melt Butter, blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper to make a paste Add milk,stir constantly until boils and thickens Add cheese stir till melted Add few shots of hot sauce


3. Mix with macaroni, pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish
Put some cheese on top. Bake 350 till hot and bubbly.
