Ingredients

  • 12

    oz (3 - 4oz bars) of high quality white chocolate ( I get the Ghirardelli bars)

  • ¼

    cup creamy peanut butter

  • 3

    cups rice Krispies

  • cups marshmallows

  • ¼

    cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a medium bowl break up your white chocolate bars and heat at 30 second intervals (stirring in between) until everything all chocolate melted. 2. Add in the creamy peanut butter and combine well. 3. Add in rice Krispies and set aside for about 10 min. You want the temperature to come down a little before you add in your marshmallows and regular chocolate chips (we don't want these to melt). 4. Now add the marshmallows and the mini chocolate chips. Combine. 5. Pour mixture into a buttered or sprayed 8x8 square dish. Spread everything down evenly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Serve!
