chocolate butter pecan pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz. bittersweet choc. chopped
  • 1 and 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 tab. molasses
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter and choc in microwave stir until smooth-combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, molasses,vanilla and salt stir in pecans and choc mix and pour into crust
bake 350 for 55-65 min.
