Ingredients

  • 5-8 pounds beef tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 4 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Mix seasonings together and rub on tenderloin.

Medium-high heat for 1 hour.
