Ingredients
- 1 14-oz can artichokes drained and chopped
- 1 10-oz frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella chesse
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 T minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes, covered.
Run under broiler for a few minutes to brown top, if desired, for a nicer presentation. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
