Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz can artichokes drained and chopped
  • 1 10-oz frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella chesse
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 T minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes, covered.
Run under broiler for a few minutes to brown top, if desired, for a nicer presentation. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
