Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter
- 3/4 C. peanut butter
- 22 Nilla wafers, crushed
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 4 oz. (half 8 oz tub) FROZEN Cool Whip
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Line 8 inch pan with foil.
Beat butter and peanut butter. Mix in wafers. Gradually add powdered sugar, mix well.
Press in pan.
Microwave cool whip and chocolate on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for additional 20 seconds or until chocolate is melted. Pour on top of bars.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
