Ingredients
- 1 part Brazil nuts
- 3 parts water
- Maple syrup, agave nectar, or liquid vanilla stevia to sweeten

Soak Brazil nuts overnight. Strain soaking water. Place Brazil nuts and fresh water in a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
Pour through a nut bag over a strainer and a wide-mouth container, and squeeze until velvety. Use the pulp as part of the flour in baked recipes or combine with tofu to make ricotta cheese.
If desired, sweeten with stevia or agave nectar and then flavor with vanilla, almond extract, cocoa, or even hot fudge sauce for divinity in a glass!
