Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels6 T butter melted
  • 3 T sugar
  • Filling and Toppings
  • 1 pkg (*) oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) whipped toppings
  • 2 pkgs 3 oz each strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg frozen strawberries thawed 16 oz

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Oven to 350. Crust. Mix together pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Coat a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray, pat mixture into bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and spread mixture over crust.
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Stir till dissolved. Stir in frozen strawberries. Place over large bowl of ice and refrigerate stiring ocassionaly. let mixture gel. Spoon srawberry mixure over cream cheese. Regrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. To serve cut into 16 squares.
