I usually double the glaze-makes for a much moister and tastier cake. Noone has complained anyway.

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 bx yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 1/2 t orange extract
  • 1/2 c vegetble oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c Peach Schnapps
  • 1 5-oz pack instant vanilla pudding
  • Glaze:
  • 4 T schnapps
  • 1/3 c confectioners sugar
  • 2 T oj

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all cake ingredients, blend well. Pour into greased & floured bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or til done. While still warm and in pan, poke holes in cake
Combine glaze ingredients and pour over cake. Allow to cool in pan at least 2 hours before serving.
