Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix the liquid ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients.
Stir until just mixed.
Bake on a moderately hot, lightly greased griddle or in a heavy skillet.
This is a thick batter.
If a thinner batter is desired, add a few tablespoons of water or milk.
The pancakes will rise better if the liquids are warmed slightly before mixing.
