Ingredients
- 1 package lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Brown ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Drain ground beef.
Add spaghetti sauce and 1 1/2 cup water.
In large mixing bowl, mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper (save 1 cup mozzarella cheese for top).
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, spread 1 cup sauce.
Place uncooked noodles over sauce.
Spread another 1/2-1 cup sauce over noodles.
Spread 1/2 cheese mixture.
Top with noodles, remaining sauce, and remaining mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350.
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
