Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1 3-oz lemon Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-8 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 13-oz can evaporated milk, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Spread 2/3 of the mix in a 9 x 13 pan.
2. Dissolve jello, water, lemon juice. Whip cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Whip evaporated milk til it reaches soft peak stage. Add cream cheese mixture and jello mixture (cooled). Mix well.
3. Pour onto crumb crust. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs on top. Chill.
