  • 1 Cups & 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cups & 10 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Gallons & 10 Cups of Milk
  • 3 Jars of Chopped Pamentoes
  • 18 Cans of Peas & Carrots

Step 1

Mix all Together and stir Constantly for 2 hours. This is an old Navy recipe and this is enough to feed 30 people. Serve over toast. May divide recipe by 3 to service 10. Same cook time.
