Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cans cream of chicken
• 2 cans water
• 1/2 cup picante sauce
• 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 chicken breasts, boned and chopped
• 1 (11 oz.) Doritos

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken breasts (boil) until meat is tender and comes off bone.
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.
Warm in microwave until cheese is melted.
Mix in chicken.
Pour over Doritos.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
