Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 onion
  • 1 4 oz. can green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 heaping cups Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chopped onion and green chilies in small amount of oil until tender.
Add all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Bring to a boil.
Place 6 tortillas in bottom of greased casserole.
Add 1/2 of chicken mixture and 1/2 cheese.
Add second layer same way.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
