cup fozen diced hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers Thawded
oz smoked sausage sliced (½ cups)
T Itallian salad dressing
T shreded cheddar cheese
Tear off a 12 x 24 inch foil piece. Fold in half to make a square. Plae potatoes and sausage in ceenter of foil square. Drizze salad dressing over potatoes and sausage. Bring up two edges of foil, opposite edges and then the other two edges to leave room for steam.Grill for about 15 minutes turning over once. Check to see if potatoes are tender. Open up and put cheese on and reseal pkg. Let stand for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Try different cheeses.
