Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs bonelss pork ribs
- 14.5 oz can organic stewed tomatoes
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 large chopped carrot
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 " piece of fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 T. curry powder
- 1 T. ground cumin
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 t. - 1 T. Frank's Red Hot (optional depending on desired heat) - chili flake can also be used

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. Serve with veggies or rice depending on preference.
