  • 1 lb Tri-color or plain rotini pasta
  • 1/4 c Parsley
  • 1/4 c Black olives
  • 1 cup Red and green bell peppers
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 c Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Virginia Brand Vidalia Onion Vinegarette salad dressing

1. Boil pasta.

2. Plunge in ice water bath to stop cooking and add an immediate chill.
