Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup Bisquick (I used 1 c.)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Step 1
Directions:

Cook peaches, sugar, cornstarch and water on stove until thick.

Place in baking dish.

Mix Bisquick, sugar, melted butter, and milk.

Drop on top of peach mixture.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
