Ingredients

  • 2 each Garlic, Whole Heads
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Frsh Oregano, Rosemary, Basil or dash of dried herbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak domed lid in water for 10 minutes.

2. Slice of the tops of the bulbs so each galric cloveis exposed and trim the base of each head so they lie flat in the base of the baker.

3. Drizzle oil over the garlic bulbs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.

4. Cover with the lid and place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 325.

5. Bake for 45 minutes or until garlic is tender and husks are brown.
