Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar plus extra
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder + dash
- parsley flakes, for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
preheat over to 450
stir together biscuit mix, cheddar, milk and dash garlic powder until soft dough forms. beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds
spoon onto greased cookie sheet immediately . Smooth down tops to prevent hard points
bake for 4-5 minutes and baste with 1/2 butter and garlic powder mixture.
bake for remaining 4-5 minutes and baste again once out of the oven. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve hot.
