    cups biscuit mix

  • ½

    cup shredded mild cheddar plus extra

  • cup milk

  • 4

    tbsp butter

  • ¼

    tsp garlic powder + dash

  • parsley flakes, for sprinkling


preheat over to 450 stir together biscuit mix, cheddar, milk and dash garlic powder until soft dough forms. beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds spoon onto greased cookie sheet immediately . Smooth down tops to prevent hard points bake for 4-5 minutes and baste with 1/2 butter and garlic powder mixture. bake for remaining 4-5 minutes and baste again once out of the oven. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve hot.
