Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. white sugar
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes or several dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the liquid ingredients into a medium-size mixing bowl.
Add the sugar a small amount at a time and whisk well.
Continue to whisk until all the sugar dissolves. Add the red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce, and stir.
Serve at room temperature in small cups or ramekins.
