Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken breast
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1 Package Broccoli (10oz frozen) or can use fresh
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms
- 1 Chicken boullion cube
- 1 1/2 Cup Dry minute rice
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 Cup Swiss Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown chicken in butter in large skillet about 5 minutes.
2. Add milk, water, broccoli, mushrooms, and boullion cube. Bring to full boil.
3. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in mayo and cheese. Can add more cheese.
