pound pork filet, trimmed and cut into on inch pieces.
Make marinade: Using food processor, finely chop garlic. Add onion and finely chop. Add remaining ingredients except the pork and pulse 3-5 times to mix. Put the pork and marinade in a large plastic storage bag and turn several times to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Heat a grill. Remove pork from marinade and place on skewers. Reserve the marinade. Lightly oil the grill and place the skewers on it. Grill over hot coals for about 5 min per side, brushing with the reserved marinade.
