Connie's Hummus

My MIL's excellent hummus recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can chick peas. (I buy the dry chick peas & soak over night & cook until done,)
  • 1/4 cup liquid from chick peas
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 clove garlic bulbs, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in the blender until smooth, & you are done.
