Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can chick peas. (I buy the dry chick peas & soak over night & cook until done,)
- 1/4 cup liquid from chick peas
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Tahini
- 2 clove garlic bulbs, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Put all in the blender until smooth, & you are done.
