Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, drained, patted dry
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop garlic in food processor. Add the peppers and blend until almost smooth. Blend in mayo. With the machine running, blend in the oil. Season aioli with salt and pepper. Transfer to small bowl.
Aioli can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
