Homemade Ice Cream

I garnered this recipe from a patient years ago. Thanks Ruth.

Ingredients

• Basic Ingredients:
• 1 qt half & half
• 3 pints heavy whipping cream
• 2 cans PET milk
• 3-4 c sugar
• Add ins:
• 2 cans curshed pineapple or,
• 2 cans peaches, mashed into small pieces or,
• 2 qts fresh strawberries, sliced and sugared to taste, or
• choc syrup to taste
• when freezer stops, add nuts or broken candy bars
• peanut butter softened in microwave added to choc ice cream before freezing
• Any other combo you like

Will also need Ice cream salt, 1 lg and 1 sm bag ice, water, 5 qt container or several small containers
