Appetizer, very easy

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of white/wheat bread
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fine grate)
  • minced onion
  • a few shakes of worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread into rounds with cookie cutter, about 1 1/4 inch diameter
lightly toast the rounds under the broiler, both sides (can freeze for later use.

Spread bread rounds on a cookie sheet, mix mayo, parmesan, onion and worchestershire sauce on bread rounds, to the edges & generous

Run under the broker, just until bubbly and a little golden in color.

Serve immediately
