Ingredients
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 3 Tbl chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbl fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbl rice vinegar
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
- replace jalapenos with banana peppers if preferred.
