Nancy's Summer Simmer

Making supper doesn't get any easier than this but in spite of its simplicity, it's a surprisingly delicious meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Chopped onion
  • 2-10 ounce cans beef gravy
  • 1 package egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in frying pan, adding onion halfway through; drain off fat. Add 2 cans of beef gravy; let simmer for half an hour, covered.Serve over cooked egg noodles.
