FRENCH DIP SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • Roast beef -- sliceable
  • 4 C water
  • 6 green onions
  • garlic (?)
  • parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook roast in covered pot -- remove from juice and cool

To juice, add water and other ingredients in amounts preferred. Slice roast6 thinly and add to above. Simmer for one hour. Serve on long hard rolls.
