Fruit Sherbert

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. unflavoured gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups any type fruit juice
  • 1 cup any type chopped fruit

Preparation

Step 1

In a freezer safe bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cold water. Add juice and fruit. Place bowl in freezer and leave until mix is mushy ice, testing every 20 mins. Once mushy, remove bowl from freezer and freeze until solid, usually overnight.
