- 1 6 oz. Uncle Ben's Seasoned long grain wild rice
- 1 16 oz. pkg chopped broccoli, frozen -- uncooked
- 3 cups cubed ham
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms -- drained
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to directions; place in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 casserole. Cover with broccoli, ham, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Blen soup, mayo, mustard and curry in a small bowl. Pour over ham, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until cheeses appear to be bubbly. If it appears dry add more soup.
