Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 strip lemon zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 clove
- 1 stick softened butter
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer cranberries with water, sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon stick and clove, 6 to 8 minutes. Discard the zest, cinnamon and clove; let cool. Pulse in a food processor with softened butter and salt.
