(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (can use ⅓ less fat)
(8½ oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (press all liquid out)
Tbsp. onion, minced (or to taste)
Tbsp. green pepper (or to taste)
cup finely chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together except the pecans. Place on plastic wrap and form ball. Wrap and chill. Then roll in pecans. Rewrap in plastic wrap until ready to serve. Recipe can be halved.
