Step 1
SALT THE MEAT
FLOUR ON BOTH SIDE AND SHAKE WELL
SAUTE THE OSSO BUCO WITH BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES
POUR WHITE WINE AND SIMMER UNTIL WINE ALMOST EVAPORATED
REMOVE MEAT
IN THE SAME PAN ADD GARLIC, CARROTS, CELERY LET SAUTE FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
THAN ADD TOMATOES AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
ADD THE OSSO BUCO AND LET COOK UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER.
YOU CAN ALSO BAKE IN OVEN.
