REVIEWS:
A wonderfully delightful fruity dessert. I used 2-8oz cream cheeses and just added a 1 tbs extra of sugar to have a little fuller center.
Very easy and not too time consuming. Very good. I increased the Cream Cheese but needed to use a 6 oz Jello. There was not much to the jello layer.
YUM-O! Next time I will use the 2 entire pkgs of cream cheese & increase the sugar a bit. Will use 2 cups of cool whip and a 6 oz pkg of jello as the 3 oz barely covered the fruit. Great alternative to strawberry shortcake. Very light desert.
