CARROT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 4 BEATEN EGGS
  • 1 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix ingredients in order, beating well after each addition
2. Place in a rectangular cake pan
3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15-20 minutes
