Good Morning Blueberry Shake

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1-1/4 c. apple juice
  • 1 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 t. cinnamon
  • Garnish: additional blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with additional blueberries. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
