  • SLICE THIN 25 MEDIUM CUCUMBERS AND 10 MEDIUM ONIONS. SOAK IN ICE WATER FOR 24 HOURS IN REFRIGERATOR.
  • MAKE SYRUP OF 5 POUNDS SUGAR AND 3 C WHITE VINEGAR. BOIL UNTIL CLEAR.
  • PUT IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT.
  • DRAIN WATER FROM CUCUMBERS WELL. POUR VINEGAR OVER PICKLES, PLACE IN CONTAINERS AND FREEZE.
