Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 6 c. cream
  • 12 oz. cookie dough

Preparation

Step 1

Scald milk. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
Add half and half, vanilla, cream.
Refrigerate 30 minutes

"Freeze"

Remove dasher, add cookie dough chunks.
