- 4 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups hot water (as it comes from tap)

Step 1
Pour hot water and salt into bowl and stir for 1 minute.
grains of salt will reduce in size but not disolve.
Add flour until water is absorbed.
Turn the dough onto a table and knead a few minutes. The dough is ready when it's smooth and pliable.
Keep dough in a plastic bag to keep from drying out.
Best used within 24 hrs. Left over dough should be stored unrefrigerated in plastic bag.
